Peter H. Ottmar

Peter Ottmar is the founder of Dover Capital Partners, LLC, a finance and advisory firm.   Mr. Ottmar possesses years of experience building and acquiring small direct marketing and broadcast businesses, as well as working with private equity firms in New York City, Boston, Providence, and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Ottmar’s broadcast career began in 1979, as general manager of a radio station  in Attleboro, MA., continuing through the founding, development and sale of a highly successful cable company, and the formation and merger of two communications and broadcast companies.  In 1999, those companies contributed their assets to a third company, which successfully completed the sale of all its assets in 2007.

Mr. Ottmar is also the principal owner of Mercury, a full-service, state-of-the-art direct marketing company, having been involved with the management of the Company for 28 years.  In 1996 he assumed the role of CEO, and more recently, has served Mercury as Chairman of the Board of Directors.  

A graduate of Wake Forest University, a former Chief of Staff for two members of Congress, and a former Captain in the U.S. Army,  Mr. Ottmar is an engaged community leader and recognized philanthropist. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, on the Development Committee of the Audubon Society in Attleboro, MA, and on the National Board of Directors for Phoenix Houses.  He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the New England Cable Television Association, the Hockomock YMCA and the Attleboro Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Ottmar, a master swimmer, sailor and reader of history,  lives in North Attleboro, MA., and Chatham, MA., with his wife Barbara.  He has three daughters and eight grandchildren.


Kirk Warshaw

Kirk M. Warshaw is a financial professional who, since 1990, has provided clients in a multitude of different industries with advice on accounting, corporate finance, and general business matters. Companies in the media industry, however, constitute the majority of his activities. Mr. Warshaw has been involved in the ownership and operation of hundreds of radio and television stations throughout the U.S. He has been primarily responsible for due diligence, fund raising, accounting and financial management, and general administrative matters. He has had direct involvement in more than $750 million in media transactions.

Mr. Warshaw has been a principal investor and partner in five private-equity backed media companies during the last 15 years. He has also served as CFO of half a dozen other private media entities during this time, as well as performed Trustee services. He has also consulted troubled situations on behalf of both investors and lenders in the media industry.

Prior to starting his own consulting firm, from 1983 to 1990, he held the various titles of Controller, Chief Financial Officer, President, and Chief Executive Officer at three separate financial institutions in New Jersey. From 1980 through 1983, Mr. Warshaw was a Senior Accountant at the public accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells.

Mr. Warshaw is a 1980 graduate of Lehigh University and has been a CPA in New Jersey since 1982. He is a frequent speaker at the NAB and other institutions and has been an active volunteer in numerous not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Warshaw has been married for 27 years and has three children.
