- Four television stations located in the same community in the central part of the country. The company controls the local ABC, CBS, and FOX television affiliates. Dover Capital loaned $1.45 million to the company.
- A niche publication in Califonria received a $2.6 million loan so that they could acquire one of their competitors, repay their existing debt, and receive some needed working capital.
Representative Consulting Assignments
- A $6 million capital-raise for a water technology firm.
- A crisis management engagement for a major finance company involving a radio and television station in default of numerous loan covenants.
- Trustee services for 11 radio stations in multiple markets located throughout the country.
- $20 million re-financing of a group owning 2 radio stations and 6 LP TV stations.
- A crisis management engagement for a major finance company and private equity firm to correct various operational problems and simultaneously facilitate the sale of a 20 station radio company. We also participated in the resolution of post-sale escrow problems.
- A $10 million capital-raise for a Midwest multi-market radio operator.
- Advised a client on how to better manage his company’s balance sheet by selling the company’s real estate to reduce borrowing.
